All ingredients are 100% natural and contain no chemicals or pharmaceuticals.  All products have been legally imported under the strict supervision of the U.S. Customs, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, The U.S. Department of Agriculture and the U.S. Department of Fish and Wildlife Service as applicable.

All products are manufactured by Internationally GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) certified manufactures in China. This means that the factories have been inspected by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA), a branch of the Australian Department of Health & Family Services in addition to the Health Department of the People’s Republic of China.  This certification insures the factory meets the strict health standards and hygiene requirements of the government of Australia.

Shipping
Our standard shipping charge is $6.00.  These orders are sent to you via USPS/UPS.  Rush order are happily accepted for additional charges.  We provide free shipping on orders over $50.

Return Policy
Your satisfaction is guaranteed.  If for any reason you are unhappy with any product you purchase from ChineseHerbsAndTeas.com, you may return it to us for a full refund, less shipping costs, within 30 days.
